Now is good time to buy, what with mortgage troubles. But no hurry. The troubles will continue into 2009.

oldhorsetailsnake - well I hate to disappoint you but we already mailed in our absentee ballots and voted for Huckabee. I know he most likely won't be the Republican nominee but we agree with his views - especially the Fair Tax.
