Here is a new way to prepare your Thanksgiving Turkey:
- Cut out aluminum foil in desired shapes.
- Arrange the turkey in the roasting pan, position the foil carefully. (see attached picture for details)
- Roast according to your own recipe and serve.
- Watch your guests' faces...

Thanks for all the wonderful Thanksgiving wishes! They don't celebrate Thanksgiving here so we went and did up Texas style after work with Mexican food and Margaritas! Hope it was a good one for each of you and your families.
